A bit about Granada
Granada, perhaps the most beautiful city in the world. Arab city, witness of battles between cultures, coexistence between civilizations and cradle of international artists (such as Federico García Lorca or Enrique Morente).
On this trip you will go back to the Nasrid era, you will experience the cultural past by entering it directly into the house of the poet Federico García Lorca (there he wrote such important works as Yerma, Blood Wedding, the Gypsy Ballads) and, among many other things, we will see and enjoy an authentic cave where we can have a coffee in an environment outside the tourist circuit.
Tapas experience
Granada is the city of tapas par excellence in Spain. It’s very well known in Spain for that. The local tour leader will take you to 2 differents local bars, with their identity, characteristics and idiosyncrasies, where we will taste 4 drinks with 4 tapas.

This Walking Granada tour+ tapas experience takes around 10 hours and also runs privately upon request.
This activity is not recommended for children, as we will spend a couple of hours walking up through the Albaicín and Sacromonte; and we will spend a nice time in bars, but if you book the Granada trip privately, as long as is fine with the group, children are welcome.

Is this trip led by a tour guide?
We prefer to call it Tour Leader, because it’s not the typical touristy visit to Granada, talking only about dates and Nasrid civilizations or sultans, but instead, we’ll show you the most beautiful spots in the city, those hidden (literally) gems, the tapas bar we usually go with friends and many more places and local stories.
We will spend a full day in the city, walking up through the World Heritage Site ALBAICÍN, Sacromonte, and also we will eat and drink in some chosen bars, and after some free time, you can see the most beautiful sunset in the world.
The tour leader is from Granada, and with him, you can explore about the Spanish culture, its people, music, travels, food, cooking, spiritual things, sport, art in general, digital nomad movement, even about Spanish politics (if you really want).
You will feel like your friend, the one show you the best and most original part of the city, less crowded and more authentic, but in this case the friend is a professional Spanish teacher (16 years of experience), former journalist (culture, music and travels topics), experienced solo traveller (thousand of stories), has lived in 5 countries, speaks 3 languages (Spanish, English and Portuguese) and is also Tour Guide (3 years based in London, working for Iberostar + 3 months in Edinburgh).
